Quintiq Community is a responsive website designed to make it easier for the users (employees, partners and customers) to ask questions, and find answers/information from the knowledge base.
The challenge here was to create ONE web page where:
- User can search for information (answers / products)
- If the user cannot find the information, he/she can post a question
- The user can see what related information recently became available
I created the wireframes with numbered labels and the accompanying legend to explain the function of each section.
In order to foster learning engagement, a mobile version (responsive) of the Quintiq Academy is developed. My role here was to design the online content to adjust to different screen sizes. Due to the limitations surrounding the mobile format, the learning material needs to be delivered in a 'slimmer' version. There are many functionalities available in desktop format that are not included here. This is to make the mobile learning experience as easy as possible.
